I am beginning to enjoy mine also, these recipes are great. The reasons these recipes stand out to me, and my friends cause i will pass them on, is because they are what kinds of food we really eat. I hate looking thru cooking books so many recipes, they look wonderful but there is always ingredients you have never heard of much less have on hand. Thanks so much! Please keep them coming.

I am falling in love with mine. It is a 4 in 1 pressure cooker. I have only cooked a pork tenderloin in mine so far, tonight I am cooking just plain rice in it (it has a rice feature) I need to get some broccoli cause I can steam rice and/or veggies in it. I am loving it! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! I may have to try this one out!
