National donut day was Friday but that is no reason to not love them as much today! This Donut Day I was lucky enough to have some fantastic, fresh, and delicious donuts sent to me from my friends over at TastyKake. I sadly am not able to purchase these little morsels of happiness here but am always excited  when packages arrive so I get a taste of what I am missing ( I’m ready to petition them into Illinois)

Scaring is an art form, a rare technique that some can do with little to no effort, while others must study and work hard at this fine trait.  I had always thought that I perfected my master scaring technique having been told by many a small child and my own children that I was one of the best! Now, as many of the students are leaving schools for their  new summer adventures I prepare for an adventure of my own. One that will bring my level of scariness to new heights… I am going to Monsters University!!!!

Ok so I am not going to a real university to learn scaring though I can tell you I am pretty frightening before I have my coffee!! I am however going to Hollywood for the world premiere of Monsters University at the El Capitan theater! I am taking off for Sunny California on the 17th, arrive, get ready for a Tail Gate party like no other, and than off to World premiere of Monsters University! As in true Disney form I am sure there will be tons of pixie dust and fun surprises while I am out there so look for updates!

We will all be staying at the beautiful Sheraton Universal City hotel where I will be sure to keep my eyes out for various celeb spotting’s and of course any fantastic mustaches I can find!

 Have you ever shopped at Lane Bryant? I know that I have, It’s often nice to be able to go to a store and find fashion forward clothing that you don’t have to be a tiny size to wear.  We all love the way a good outfit can make you feel and that is why I love to shop around at Lane Bryant when looking for an outfit for an event or even just something casual I usually end up finding what I need.  Before I went to Florida for the Disney Social Media Moms conference I was working with Lane Bryant and picking out some items that I thought would be amazing for the Florida weather and upcoming warmer summer days.
